About us
Built in Eastlands, engineered for the whole of Kenya
Coxnet Data Solutions exists because too many Kenyan homes and businesses were paying for internet that dropped at the worst possible moment — and support that never called back.
Our story
A local provider that answers the phone
We started with a simple observation on the streets of Mowlem, Umoja and Kariobangi: people were being sold speeds they never received, and left to chase faults through call centres that did not know their estate.
So we built the opposite. Coxnet Data Solutions is a Kenyan-owned ICT, ISP and telecommunications company that designs, deploys and maintains networks with our own engineers on the ground. We run monitored links, we label every cable, and we treat a household connection with the same discipline as an enterprise deployment.
Today we serve homes, SMEs, schools, hotels, apartments and corporate clients with internet, managed Wi-Fi, fiber deployment, network infrastructure and CCTV — all under one accountable roof.
Our vision
To be Kenya's most trusted community-rooted connectivity partner — where every home, business and institution enjoys world-class internet regardless of postcode.
Our mission
To deliver reliable, affordable and professionally supported internet and ICT infrastructure, backed by engineers who respond quickly and treat every client's network as mission critical.
Our values
Four promises we hold ourselves to
They are not wall decorations — they are how we measure every installation and every support call.
Reliability
Monitored, redundant links and preventive maintenance so downtime stays the exception.
Affordability
Fair, transparent pricing designed for Kenyan households and growing businesses.
Professionalism
Certified engineers, tidy installations, documented networks and clear reporting.
Responsiveness
Fast answers, fast surveys, fast fixes — usually within hours, not days.
