Question 1

How long does installation take?

Accepted Answer

In covered estates like Mowlem, Umoja and Kariobangi, most home installations are completed within 24–48 hours of your survey. Business and enterprise deployments are scheduled around your operating hours.

Question 2

Is the data really unlimited?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All Coxnet home and business packages are unlimited, with no data caps and no punitive throttling. We manage the network so heavy users don't degrade everyone else's experience.

Question 3

Do I need to buy a router?

Accepted Answer

Most packages include a Wi-Fi router, and longer-term plans often include free installation too. If you already own a suitable router, our engineers will configure it for you.

What happens when there is a fault?

Accepted Answer

Log it on WhatsApp or call us directly. Faults reach an engineer immediately, and our target attendance is within four hours for business clients and same day for homes.

Yes. Eastlands is our home base, but we deploy business links, fiber projects, CCTV and managed Wi-Fi across the wider Nairobi metro and other counties on request.

Do you offer dedicated, uncontended bandwidth?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our enterprise dedicated links are 1:1 uncontended with SLA-backed uptime, 24/7 monitoring and quarterly performance reviews.
